Terms of Service
Effective: January 1, 2025
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Feels Edu (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users regarding the use of online services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to Korean History Photo Studio and all related services provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to both members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and who continuously receives information from the Company and uses the Service on an ongoing basis.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service provided by the Company without registering as a member.
- "Content" refers to prompts, guides, images, and other digital materials provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws and regulations.
- When the Company amends these Terms, the effective date and the reason for the amendment shall be specified and announced on the Service homepage together with the current Terms from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Korean History Photo Studio (AI-based Korean history image generation app)
- Educational digital content
- Other services as determined by the Company
- If the Company changes the content of the Service, it shall notify users in advance of the changes.
Article 5 (Service Interruption)
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in cases of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or when there is a significant operational reason including communication disruption.
- In the case of Paragraph 1, the Company shall notify users in advance. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances that prevent prior notification, the Company may notify users after the fact.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
- Users apply for membership by filling in the membership information according to the registration form established by the Company and indicating their agreement to these Terms.
- The Company shall register the applicant as a member unless the applicant falls under any of the following:
- The applicant has previously lost membership qualification under these Terms
- The registration information contains false, incomplete, or erroneous information
- Registering the applicant as a member would cause significant technical difficulties for the Company
Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Members)
- Members may request withdrawal from the Company at any time, and the Company shall process the withdrawal immediately.
- If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may restrict or suspend the membership:
- Registering false information at the time of application
- Interfering with another person's use of the Service or stealing their information, thereby threatening the order of electronic commerce
- Using the Service to engage in conduct prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public morals
Article 8 (Purchase and Payment)
- Users may make payments within the Service using the following methods:
- Credit card payment
- Simple payment (TossPay, KakaoPay, etc.)
- Bank transfer (virtual account)
- Other payment methods approved by the Company
- For intangible products (digital content) that do not require delivery, the Company shall make them available for use immediately upon completion of payment.
Article 9 (Refund and Cancellation)

Article 10 (Privacy Protection)
The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Company Obligations)
- The Company shall faithfully exercise its rights and fulfill its obligations as prescribed by law and these Terms.
- The Company shall maintain security systems to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the Service safely.
- The Company shall not send commercial advertising emails that users do not wish to receive.
Article 12 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following actions:
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Stealing another person's information
- Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company
- Transmitting or posting information other than that designated by the Company
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, of the Company or third parties
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties, or interfering with their operations
- Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voice, or other information contrary to public morals
Article 13 (Copyright Ownership and Usage Restrictions)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
- Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the prior consent of the Company.
- However, content purchased for educational purposes may be freely used within the scope of the purchaser's own educational activities.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company shall establish and operate a damage compensation processing body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to process compensation for damages.
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Addendum
These Terms of Service shall take effect on January 1, 2025.
